Contract Signature
Once the review shows that a claim has merit, we move forward with a simple service agreement. This contract outlines exactly what we’ll do, how we’ll communicate, and how compensation works—no recovery, no fee. It protects you, defines expectations, and officially authorizes Dahlia to represent you throughout the claim.

Claim Navigation and Settlement
From this point on, we handle everything. NPAS deals directly with your insurance carrier—filing documents, managing inspections, negotiating settlements, and keeping you informed every step of the way. You can relax knowing a licensed public adjuster is advocating for your best outcome while you focus on getting life back to normal.

Payout
When the claim is approved and payment is issued, the insurance company releases the check. At that moment, you receive your settlement and NPAS receives her fee as agreed in the contract. It’s straightforward, transparent, and built on results: we get paid only when you do.
