REFUND POLICY
National Public Adjusting Services (“NPAS”) operates under a No Recovery, No Fee structure. This means clients are never charged unless NPAS successfully negotiates a settlement or payout from the insurance carrier.
Once a settlement is reached and the carrier issues payment to the policyholder, NPAS is entitled to its fee as outlined in the executed Public Adjuster Agreement.
Because this payment is directly tied to the successful outcome of the claim: All fees paid to NPAS after a finalized settlement are non-refundable.
This is due to the professional services already performed, which include but are not limited to:
-
Claim analysis and documentation
-
Policy interpretation
-
Damage inspection and reporting
-
Communications and negotiations with the insurance carrier
-
Settlement preparation and confirmation
Cancellation Policy
A client may cancel services before a settlement is reached by submitting a written request, subject to the termination provisions in the signed Public Adjuster Agreement.
However, once NPAS has secured a settlement or payment offer, the fee becomes due and non-refundable.
If you have questions regarding fees or cancellations, contact our office at any time.
